This piece, like 4 minutes, 32 seconds, the drive I have from school to home. Although the other work concentrated on the topography, this piece looks at how billboards can be used as markers in time. Like major life events, billboards serve almost as anonymous markers of a passing. This particular installation is 35’ by 15’ by 16” high and made with masonite, wood, and paint.
